Outreach

FIRST Outreach

We mentor more than 10 robotics teams in conjunction with the Wolcott Robotics Foundation. Moreover, we are the only team in New England to run an official event at every level of FIRST. Overall, for the 2023-24 school year, we supported, hosted, or ran 10 FIRST events.

Community Outreach

Our community outreach involves a strong presence in the community. We participate in events like the Wolcott Special Games, One Clean Day of Fun, and the Wolcott Country Fair, among others.

STEM Outreach

We run multiple programs that allow us to spread the word of STEM into our community. Let's Make Stuff is a program where students in grades 1-7 make simple engineering projects. Science Splash is an after school program where students in multiple grades can see hands-on science demonstrations.
